kp67 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kp67", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to kp67 and its operators, including the website accessible at kp67.bet and all associated mobile interfaces.
• "User", "You", "Your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the kp67 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the kp67 platform, through which all betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Services" means the totality of sports betting, live casino gaming, slot gaming, and related features made available through the kp67 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a financial stake placed by a User on an event or game outcome using funds held in their kp67 account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet amounts credited to a User's account subject to wagering and other conditions as specified at the time of issuance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification procedures kp67 is required to conduct under applicable compliance standards.

To register a kp67 account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kp67 strictly prohibits the registration and use of its Services by individuals under this age.
• You must be a natural individual person. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing kp67 account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the kp67 platform voluntarily or by the operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

kp67 reserves the right to decline any registration application without giving specific reasons. Registration does not constitute an unconditional right to use the Services; account activation is subject to completion of identity verification where required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kp67 account credentials, including your username and password. kp67 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login information.

You must notify kp67 immediately via the support channel if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kp67 will investigate the matter and take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to use your kp67 account to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have duly notified kp67 of a security breach.
• You must keep your personal details — including email address, mobile number, and payment methods — up to date at all times.
• You must not use another person's payment method to fund your kp67 account.

kp67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these responsibilities, pending investigation or as a permanent measure following a confirmed breach.

kp67 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in PKR: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank. kp67 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kp67 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. kp67 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to fund your account where technically possible (source-of-funds matching). kp67 aims to process approved withdrawals on the same business day for requests submitted within the daily processing window. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests.
• kp67 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., national ID, bank statement, JazzCash account confirmation) to verify your identity and source of funds.
• Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts — including payment methods not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• kp67 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, bank transfer charges levied by receiving institutions are outside kp67's control.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

kp67 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.

Where a conflict exists between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited without compensation.
• kp67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through low-risk hedged betting, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that exceed any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be removed before withdrawal processing.

All bets placed on the kp67 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant betting market or game interface. In the event of any ambiguity, kp67's interpretation of applicable rules shall be final.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted on the terms displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the bet is binding. kp67 may limit or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is believed to be placed in error or in breach of these terms.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection stability. kp67 is not liable for bets not registered due to connectivity failure on the user's side.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or void, kp67's event-specific rules determine settlement. Typically, stakes on void events are returned.
• kp67 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including where a manifestly incorrect price was offered due to a technical or human error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Slots: All casino and slot games on kp67 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently random and cannot be influenced by kp67 or by the player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — the result recorded in kp67's game server logs shall be the authoritative record of the outcome. Where a malfunction voids a game round, stakes are returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kp67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the kp67 platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one kp67 account for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, poker hands, or any competitive gaming result.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, false age declarations, or fraudulent KYC documentation.

All content on the kp67 platform — including but not limited to the kp67 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game assets, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of kp67 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kp67 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any kp67 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the kp67 software or game engines.
• Creating derivative works based on any kp67 intellectual property.
• Using kp67 branding, trademarks, or logos in any third-party context without written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting pricing, odds, or game data from the kp67 platform by automated means.

Any breach of kp67's intellectual property rights will be pursued through appropriate legal channels. kp67 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.

Your use of the kp67 platform is also subject to kp67's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail how kp67 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data.

By registering with kp67, you acknowledge and agree that kp67 may process your personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting activity — for purposes including account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where required by applicable law, regulatory reporting.

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where kp67 has not been notified of a suspected breach in a timely manner.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or event data displayed on the platform caused by third-party data feed errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet operators.
• Losses of any nature arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits kp67's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by kp67's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. kp67's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their kp67 account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the kp67 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which kp67 operates. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with a translated version.
